oh wow. That's a fantastic buy. No one around here is selling halloween stuff, or I'm just not looking in the right spot. Although I did find an alligator head for 20$. I so want it for my all year decor.

Craig's list is the greatest. I have scored multiple times (a couple of times very BIG). I never tried mis-spellings. I will from now on.
I also found out that most people (sellers) are lazy. They don't want to take the time to put ALL of their Halloween stuff up on CL. If you buy something, BE SURE TO ASK THEM if they have more Halloween stuff they want to sell.
One time I responded to a couple of items a person was selling. I asked if they had more they wanted to part with and they said YES! I ended up FILLING my vehicle with soooo much stuff that my little dog had to ride on my lap home because there was no more room for her! Final cost = $100 for everything!
Another time I got over $5,000 worth of stuff for $350!
So, when you respond to an ad, be sure to take EXTRA cash with you. It's like the lottery saying... "hey, you never know"!

My boss says the same thing about asking. But he tends to have a bigger budget than I do,

i was just thumbing through craigslist, and EVERYTHING was WAY overpriced... some person was selling a $20 fogger, a bottle of CHEAP fog juice, a $10 blacklight, and 2 $5 strobes, ALL used, for $50! It was pretty much like that for 500 posts before I got tired of reading overpriced junk. I hear people saying all the time how they have the most awesome luck on craigslist... just not me.
How many days do I have left?
