Hey all I was just wondering, what is your haunt's biggest scare? What do people/toters talk about the most when they come out of the haunt?

Also if you have any unique ideas on the biggest scare let me know! I want to change things up a bit!

LOL my monster in the box.... under the box I have a leaf blower, in the box a jig sew. All controlled with remote control. It scares the adults more than the kids LOL It is very primitive, no bells and lights but man when I turn it on... they jump 5 feet! Oh I cant want...
You might be a King or a little street sweeper... sooner or later your gonna dance with the reaper! If I like your product, I MAY buy it... if I love your product, I will just make it myself... for cheaper and better than you did in the first place!

The simplest and most effective scare is me, in costume, whipping open the door to tots when they knock. I tend to make sure it's not the really young kids though. But busting open the door scares the crap outa all of them! But, they're on to me now. They know I'm 'that' house where the ghould pops out at you. Last year I answered the door out of costume an two teen girls freaked out because I really got them the year before, but I was just me. The scare that never came still had them on the edge! Too funny! This year, I'm in full zombie costume with fog coming out the door when I open it.

This is an awesome costume and will scare the crap out of them! Hahahahahah!

I also got the large rising from the grave zombie with remote and that will get them as they walk up...or away....or both! The grand daughter is on that detail! Lots of animation to see this year at my house!

Usually it's my actors who get the praise..no prop can beat them...this year though..our Tunnel of Terror just might do it...

It's a 24' square tunnel about 4x4 feet in width....with lots of hanging obstacles, spiders, snaes and such, diff lights like black lights, and colored beams...they crawl thru trying to mak their way while at te same time a certain killer klown and his puppet are going to make them miserable..with blade swipes, claw grabs, air blasts, mockery, ect.. the very end has a nice bright LED strobe that they crawl toward..fianlly the floor gives way and they tumble down to a nice soft landing amidst a pit of balls. Once hey crawl out there is another nasty surprise in wait for them.. :lol

The flat out best scare I have (and the easiest) is the air cannon. Plus, it's really fun if you have the trigger

...hung myself, literally. Used a harness to actually support my weight, then a noose spliced into the main line so it appeared to be doing all the work. We had a tree conveniently close to the front porch, so I just hung there swaying in the breeze, would hit only one out of eight or so that actually got closer to check me out, just to make sure the surprise stayed fresh and it scared the living crap out of them all. Had a father bring his kids up, the kids of course went straight by my but the father was fascinated by "how real that looks". Of course, I just hung there, waiting, until he got up to about a foot away, then I gave a quick jerk and flailed just a little bit, and I swear the dude hit the ground. Actually scared me, 'cause I though he had a friggin heart attack, so I'm up there hanging yelling down at him to see if he's alright, after a couple of moments he slowly sits up and collects his kids and wobbles off down the street. I never did see them come by our place after that, was specifically looking for him too.
