Well, overcome by enthusiasm, I took one of the pumpkins I bought from the 99 Cents Only store, cut it open, and made a jack o lantern out of it. It is sitting on my TV right now! A fairly small and imperfect pumpkin, it is fulfilling its purpose very nicely and I even roasted the seeds. Thank you, pumpkin! If I can get a pic up, I will.

hmmmm... roasted the seeds? How do foam pumpkin seeds taste? Are you seeing spots? Did your oven catch on fire?

PS. Our 99 Cent only stores sell fresh produce and food stuffs too.
