I know pop culture is always a huge hit for Halloween and will continue to be. I rolled my eyes at the Kate Gosslin wig last year and I'll be doing the same with the Jersey Shore cast costumes this year.

The "Jersey Shore" is actually my backyard and we locals call it "the beach". Every summer the Snookies, Pauly-D's, and Situations invade and we put up with it (or retreat west). Never did I image their stereotype would be celebrated, especially since they were always such a nuisance.

I'm waiting for the time when Reality TV fades away. I'm afraid I'll be waiting a LONG time.

I hope that the haunters in this forum aren't dressing as Jersey Shore cast members this year. Please? I'll buy you a real costume and mail it to you.

Pop culture costumes are huge and, most likely, here to stay so I think the best way to work them into the Halloween spirit is by turning them all into zombies or slasher victims! Picture it - zombie John and Kate with eight little zombies running after them, Snookie with a blood-soaked poof and an ax in her head, and so on... Could be fun!

I think that would be great! I love creativity in Halloween. Make it your own

i agree i live here to and the jersey shore is a sh%$ show that gives us a bad name (as jersey people) i wont give candy to jersey shore costumes lol

Wait, I think Snookie is already scary. I didn't know she needed anything added to her. Why do you think they have costumes and masks of them... Its scary, thats why they have them.

Jersey Shore is a joke and one of the most retarded reality tv shows I have ever seen. I used to be big into them, then they just became stupid with the same stuff happening over and over again.

Everyone on that show is a freak of nature.

What is really sad is unlike John and Kate who made millions, I read that snookie only made around $3,000 for the entire show.

So when you are designing your costume remember... she is broke!

That explains why her clothing has so little fabric..... she can't afford to buy the rest of it..... j/k
