When I was comming home from work tonight I saw one of my neighbors putting out some halloween decorations! Then as i'm pulling into my driveway I noticed my next door neighbor had all his plastic light up pumkins on his porch. Since I do not want to be the 1st to put out my decorations I wait until I se neighbors putting theirs out.
My wife came home about 15 minutes after I did & she said I guess you'll be decorating this weekend huh...
All I could say was YUP!
I'm giddy with excitement!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ha ha ha.....I think my neighbors are figuring the same about me....I put up a half torso pirate skeleton hanging from a chain that I looped around my chimney yesterday just to see how it looked and I already got a "Starting kinda early?" comment from one of my neighbors.....

I feel the same way. All week I've seen a few little decorations around the neighborhood and i can't wait anymore. I'll be tromping into the woods behind my home this weekend; harvesting twisted trunks, branches, and vines for a few rot-style scarecrows to get things going.
I can't let the neighbors win when it comes to Halloween yard decor!

lol I am always the first one to put stuff out.... but I do it very slowly. like last week I put out a few small things like orange and purple lights and some skeleton stakes.... almost not noticeable at first this weekend I will be putting out my Airblown Yard decorations.... then the next weekend it is ON!!!!!!!
