a BAN on Political signs for the last week of October. YUCK.
I dont know about you guys but my neighborhood is littered with them. All parties, all candidates.
The worst are the people who try to merge Halloween displays and political messages. Its horrible.
Here's a hint. No one cares who you want to vote for! Ugh!!!
Now make a great display and I might ask you
Anyone else out there wanting to rip every single political sign down a week before Halloween?

You could use them to your advantage and make political tombstones that show your true feelings about the matter.
halloween is a super cool holiday.

I wouldn't mind I know they've gone missing before around here. Last round of elections even the really big ones ended up going missing. The signs don't bother me but if they are trying to get people to vote a certain way while TOT's are out and about that can just go away before it starts.

I don't like them because I think they cheapen your haunt

Our town has been full of roofing signs since a hail storm in april. I don't think there is a single house around here who hasn't got or soon to get a new roof. I thought that since the whole town can relate to this I am going to make up my own sign and have a skelton crew up there installing mine

There are some political signs around town but I am so politically apathetic I barely notice them. I usually don't even recognize the names!

We have really strong political views and usually end up posting signs in our yard. However, we always take them down for Halloween. We don't want to seem like we're forcing people to be exposed to our views as the price of admission to our haunt. That's just tacky.
