So I woke up this morning to a yard full of thick, but damp misty fog! This probably isn't a special weather for some of you other states, but here in Colorado thats unusual... how cool is that?! That just screams Halloweeeen! Then I came downstairs to a fresh new bag of candy corn!
What signs of halloween have you gotten recently?

I know it is so close!!!
The signs I have are that blasted wind that always test my props when it blows.

Walking my son to the bus this morning, I noticed the neighbors maples are shedding their leaves!
Fall is falling!

Leaves falling, Hurricane Season, Foggy/Misty mornings (Especially on the local lake), and the smells of Wood burning in the air

We are really into Hurricane Season right now, but I just love these Misty Mornings! The leaves are pretty much torn from the trees by the wind now, even some trees are torn from the ground..

Spirit Halloween stores are opened, Target and Wal-mart have their goodies out, DT has their scarecrows on display... Heck, September in North Texas is no different than August temperature wise, so seeing the Halloween stores opening up truly is the first signs of the season around here!

On Sunday, me and my friend went to a Party City and a Halloween City, and it was AMAZING. Also Walgreens has set up their Halloween aisle

It isn't ridiculously hot this week in San Antonio, the heat has started to lower down to about 85 and we have had rain.

I drove home through PA last week and all the leaves in the mountains were turning orange and yellow and red. And then a huge storm came through, and left leaving thick foggy clouds floating about. Today was screaming fall- 60-some degrees outside, cold, cloudy, leaves starting to turn. I love it!!
Hello, I want my book. Bonjour, je veux mon livre.
