    Does anyone else besides myself have Scariest Halloween Attractions and shows like that saved on their DVR? I have 5 different shows from the Travel Channel and History Channel. For me its always a good warm up !!!

    I don't but I only got DVR recently and yes they will be recorded and saved.

    Yeah , I have around 5 different shows saved up .I've watched 3 already in the last couple of weeks. One of my biggest fears is that the DVR will crash and I'll lose my stuff.

    I record them all but I've learned not to store them on the DVR! I make sure now that I burn to disk anything I want to keep. Last year, I had about 20 hours of Halloween shows and movies recorded when our DVR crapped out. I lost everything!

    Love the convenience of DVR but I won't depend on it again...

    I record, watch, then delete. If they are something I can watch over and over and over then I will save it.
    A Halloween prop is a terrible thing to waste..

    Madmae Leota, I know how you feel. Almost every year my dvr breaks down so now I save my important shows to our external hard drive.

    And thank god for you tube... you can find all the old shows there.
