Thread: Halloween 2010 @ Party City

I did not see one already started for Party City so I thought I would start one...

I have to say that it depends on what stores you go to. I went to 2 of them tonight and one was good and the other was great!

Besides the costumes, masks and the usual, they had some really cool BIG decorations, skulls, draping for windows/outside that was creepy netting type stuff, skeletons and a lot more!

I found out some really interesting information though from the manager of the first one..

By Colonial Day all or most of the Party Cities nation wide will have really good half off sales. I talked to the guy and he said that everyone thinks, "oh, I will just go after Halloween and get good deals", well your wrong, because he told me that they do not do good deals after Halloween, and they just package it all up for next season. So the time to get your good deals will start around Colonial Day for all of you to know nation wide!! Party City sales will be next week till the week of Halloween. Hope all of you go happy hunting for cool stuff this season!!!

Well that is kind of disrespectful... Yes, pictures would help, but considering all Party Cities are getting their stuff in at different times, and I had no camera because my SD card is in another town, I wasn't able to take pictures.

..and the advice I gave was to help those of you who might want to check it out if you wanted to get deals specifically at Party City and know that they do not do massive deals like you might think on or after Halloween. They start doing massive sales in about a week when they all get their huge shipments in.

I do not know what day Colonial Day is but I am assuming it is soon.

I googled Colonial Day and all I got was it was an episode on Battlestar Galactica....what the?

@jdubbya, thanks for asking...I thought I was gonna hafta check my head for blonde roots...because I had no idea what it was either.....

I'm still cracking up at the Regis photo.....I dont think it was intended to be disrespectful....maybe just matter of fact, but not disrespectful......
