Thread: New Zombie TV series On AMC

Not sure if anyone else has heard of this yet but premeiring on American Movie Classics (AMC) Halloween night at 10/9c is a new zombie TV series called The Walking Dead. Just thought other zombie fans would like to know about it. Here is the link to the site for more info and to watch videos of it.

Too bad ... we ditched cable back in April.

The Walking Dead - based on an awesome comic book series. It is being filmed (at least in part) in the Atlanta area. I for one can't wait for it to debut.

Johnny Thunder has been talking about it on the last couple of Hauntcast episodes.

I don't understand why they are putting it starting on Halloween night. That just seems weird to me. Why not air the series starting mid September (like now) till Halloween.

Good call. The excitement for all things scary builds up in the weeks leading up to Halloween. After that everyone's enthusiasm dies off and thoughts turn to Thanksgiving and Christmas.

I have the graphic novels, it is really good. My brother actually knows the original artist, the lead actor is actually British so be kind about his american accent!!!!!
