Hi everyone,

I am looking for some suggestions for SFX for a theatre show and since it is involving ghosts, I thought this would be a good place to start. I am looking for some type of solenoid or piston that I can use to mount in a faux mantle and make it launch objects (vases) off of it. I was thinking I could make a small door hinged on the top (to control direction) and have a piston tap it from below. I'd really like to avoid using compressed air because of the noise issue. I'm wondering if any of you have any specific products that you can recommend. Thanks!
