Obviously, a Western themed setup....we have somewhat limited space, so the props and placement change each year, looking for new places and staging of 'scenes'. New this year will be perhaps two new structures to house ghouls of the old west. Let's start off with some not-very-atmospheric daytime photos....
We currently have two motion/sound animated props (a Donna of the Dead and knocking hand) and a few sound changing portraits, looking to expand this year potentially to a full-bodied animated figure as well. Total of full sculpted figures is four, plus the requisite fog machine and a lot of special lighting plus two sound systems. We are hardly professional, but enthusiastic amateurs always looking to improve and mainly have fun.
Comments and questions are more than welcome, and shall post some after dark and Halloween eve photos in short order! Thank you for looking!

Porcupine Gulch would be on my tourist destinations of ghost towns Regions Beyond! Very nice job and actually I love seeing the stuff during the day to really appreciate the setup. You really get a nice feel of a western ghost town. Your tombstones are very nice too.
I have the bat you are using and am curious what kind of material you have hung along side it. Is that kind of a bat cave you have going on there? Also curious if your haunt runs around the perimeter of your yard (which is something that I am thinking of doing next year once our landscaping is finished). If so, have you had any problems with kids circling your house so to speak?
Welcome aboard and thanks for sharing your setup. I look forward to your night time pics for the full effect.

Firstly, thank you very much for your comments!
The material in the tunnel there is fiberglass cloth I believe, I wasn't the one who purchased it in that case honestly
It wasn't intended as a bat cave per se, the bat was kind of a hanging distraction and there was a motion activated "talking portrait" right behind it on the wall.
It is designed as a kind of square flow-through, yes, around the yard. Not pictured is the grass part, which gets a larger cemetery setup and pumpkins and figures, etc, but we typically don't put that out till the day of the event/Halloween, whichever comes first. We don't get many trick or treaters out here anymore sadly, so this is primarily for an invite party, else you would be correct about it being somewhat prohibitive for getting kids back there.
Hope this helps!

Cool. I'll give you one thing- you're getting an early start! Wish I could do that!
