The Halloween City website is operational but not much to see yet in the way of merchandise they will carry. I was able to bring up stores opening in my area (although it doesn't indicate when they will open, but there's an 800 number). The website also will have a Coupon area (nothing posted yet), and you can sign up for a newsletter for promotions and updates (this seems to be working).

I drove past my location a few days ago and nothing much to see yet. I know they are new to the area but man the month is slipping by fast. I'm thinking the nearby Spirit Halloween location might open before they do.

I signed up for their newsletter and they immediately emailed me a $5 off coupon, unfortunately it can only be used on their website and was only valid for seven days from date it was sent to me. This is the first year I've had a halloween express in my town and it opened on the 7th. Nice stuff but the employee working their told me they really don't put much on sale they just have coupons for closer to the halloween time. hopefully they'll send some out that can be used in the store
