Thread: Need help on roof station

I am going on my 5th year of yard haunting at this house and am trying to come up with different ideas.

I have a idea of making a railed station on the roof in the picture about 5x5.


What do you guys think. Any ideas on design or enhancements?

As in like a railroad station? If that's the idea, I would go for a monorail setup. Cheaper and easier to install. It takes up less room than your traditional rail lines. Plus, dressing up the monorail train to look like a snake or something would be really cool!!

I think I get your vibe...not a train but a visual representation of a train station. You could build a simple train crossing sign but it says (Dead Crossing) instead. Also you could build the blinking train lights but they could be blinking pumpkins stacked up on a pole in a row instead. Mabye even a scrolling marque style sign that says next stop Dead Zone, Amittyville, Elm Street....you get the picture. I hope that helps.
