Not sure if this has been posted yet on here, if it has then I apologize. Anyhow, here's the dates and times for their halloween shows this month.....

Thursday September 16, 2010 9:00 P.M. Est.

Friday September 17, 2010 5:00 A.M. Est.

Friday September 17, 2010 10:00 A.M. Est.

Concerning The Halloween specials on QVC. We called them a couple of days ago and they couldn't find nothing in their computer system for those specials. So I'm assuming they will have it in October, probably the first of the month

I think QVC is skipping Halloween this year. They usually had the shows on for one day in September for years. Last year they had them before Labor Day. Many of the items are on clearance on the website.

Last year they teamed up with Spirit Halloween. I was so excited for the shows, but realized quickly that most items were offered slightly below retail price. Then you had to figure in shipping and handling. Plus there is usually a coupon or two floating around for the stores.

I wish I could be part of halloween marketing for QVC. Shopping networks had an edge in years past before the internet. Now they need exclusive merchandise.



Christmas started in July and they usually have several Christmas shows during the week. I think that's their focus.

Pumpkinprincess, I would have to agree with you. Though I can't remember them not having their Halloween specials on for about the last 16 or 17 years. I think they have always been really popular. Xmas is the big seller but we all know Halloween is a force to be reckoned with. Hopefully they will still have their specials on. It almost doesn't seem like Halloween without them lol

A few weeks ago I heard someone say they saw some Halloween items on QVC back in August. Not the full "spooktacular" show, just a few items thrown in with a variety of stuff.
That makes me think they aren't going to do a Halloween show this year.

I just find it amazing how they got overly excited for like 10 minutes over a animatronic. You know these people could careless about this stuff though. It's just an act to sell, sell.
