I was in Walmart today, to buy mundane household items. There was an entire huge section, emptied out and being mopped. I just know that it is going to be the Halloween section. Yeah, I know. Walmart and other chain stores just don't cut it anymore, but still, I'm excited. Can't wait to see. Guess I have to cruise on down to Target, too.

WalMart was such a bust last year, I don't know that I'd get too jazzed about them, but like you said, there's still some anticipation of what they "might" carry. Target is always last to get stuff out. Seems they carry the "after school" stuff until the end of September, and only then clear an area for Halloween.

They started getting a few things at Walmart. Light up stuff, some pumkins, gargoyles and inflatables. Can't wait to see what they have so I can try to make my own cheaper version lol!
