My little town of Plant City, FL is getting it's very own first Halloween City store! I just saw the flyers on the old Kmart building that has been vacant for years! The sign on the door says "Coming Soon," I can't wait!!!!

We got a Spirit store last year and it was awesome. It will be back this year, too. I still drove in to the Dallas area once to visit another store just for the fun of it!

What always impresses me, as small of a town that I live in, last year we had 3 stores. Spirit, Halloween USA, and another store whose name eludes me at this moment. All within walking distance.

I live in a smaller town although have larger towns with resources not that far away. This year Halloween City is going to be new to our area too. Maybe that's their corporate philosophy--their target market is the smaller towns. Quite honestly I'm delighted even though I have quite a lot to choose from within 25-50 miles. Heck even if you don't need much for your haunt this year dedicated halloween stores are still a special place to walk around and think about next year.
