    Hi All!

Just to let UK fans know that TK Maxx have their Halloween stuff out! Yipee!!

I've already been to 3 different stores and bought quite a few bits. They have a good selection but still ealry days = they will bring more

    I have bought:

    - Large Pumpkin face hollow tin with handle about 12" wide only £9.99! (two smaller sizes also available).
    - Tea Towels - pack of two £2.99
    - Face Cloths pack of 3 in a tub (different varities available) - £3.99
    - Pumpkin faces fabric lights on string (10 lights) - £3.99
    - Halloween blocks with character on top. One block has H another A another L, and so on. Only £6.99 very nice! A great price.
    - Soft Toys of three cute pumpkins stitched together, in triangle form all laughing together, very cute. Top pumpkin has a large witches hat on top with a cute little star on top of that! Only £5.99 - very cheap! TK Maxx rule!

Loads of cute wooden Happy Halloween/Trick or Treat/Boo!/Happy Haunting signs also available as they have every year, amongst other things. Still waiting for crockery and mugs, etc if they have any that is...

Will see if I can sort out some pictures to show you all..

Can't wait for ASDA. They'd better have a better selection than last year! Hopefully a different Gemmy Butler too.

    Bye for now...
    George

Looking forward to your pics when you get them posted.

BTW is it called TK Maxx overseas or was that a typo for TJ Maxx? Also, for those of us on the other side of the ocean what is ASDA?

ASDA is a large supermarket chain, which WALMART bought over/went into joint business with a few years back here in the UK.

I would love to go to the US and visit TJ & Walmart and all the other Halloween havens!

Hey George, Got dragged out on Bank Holiday weekend shopping by the missus yesterday! Boring!!! Until I came across a store called Home Sense in the Trafford Centre. Had a small selection of stuff very similar to TK Maxx. Had some very nice bat globes (snow globes but instead of snow has small bats inside & black glitter. Only got chance to snap one pic before the missus dragged me into the next non Halloween store. Will upload asap. I know Mcr is a long way from you but if you got a Home Sense nearby check it out!!!!

I think Home Sense is part of the same company as TK Maxx - a lot of their products are the same.

Thanks for posting about TK Maxx having their stuff in; I've just been there. Unfortunately the store I went into have just put all the Halloween products in a pile at the end of an aisle; some of the ceramic things are already broken But hopefully as it gets closer to Halloween itself, they'll allocate them a bit more space!

Just to put this out there, but I discovered here in the US, that the same corporation owns TJ Maxx, Marshall's, and Home Goods. So there may be a chance, albeit slim, that if one of these stores isn't in your area, or has run out of something, you may be able to pick it up at one of the others...

I'm at that awkward stage in life... Somewhere between 'Annoying Fanboy' ...and 'Dirty Old Man'...
