    I've seen a few sites with fair deals (always check Amazon) but does anyone know of any good sites around trying to sell some props cheap?

    BuyCostumes.com has some decent clearance specials. They've had some recent sales on clearance items (40%, BOGO, 20%) that were just killer, but those appear to be over. Still, some of their clearance merchandise is quite nice even without those additional reductions.

    really great prices on the rocking granny and grandpa, witch with stirring culdron (get it for only $129.00 instead of $250.00)
    halloween is a super cool holiday.
