If I understand your question you are asking about wall panels?
Wall systems can be made fairly easily using pallets. Usually you can get pallets for free. Check out Bruiser's album here:

They have shown an excellent way to put up wall panels.

I usually use corn stalks in mine. I"ll get about 4-6 bundles and zip tie each individual stalk to a wire fence.

you can use blankets on clothes lines, fake trees or real branches that are stuck into the ground with rebar or corn stalks wired to lines. You don t have to have walls , just start with things placed stragicially so people cannot see what is coming next. by the way we use hollow core doors wired to 10x20 canopys to create rooms.

I use cornstalks...which turn out great. I just tape up black plastic (usually garbage bags) to the stalks, and there you go...you can't see through, it makes for nice, dark areas, and it offers a good scare from behind!

But you don't have to use cornstalks. ANY type of "pole" sticking out of the ground will work to connect black plastic.

Also, if I was to get pallets, where would I find them??

I will be putting walls up in part of my backyard, but in my front yard, due to HOA restrictions I keep it very simple. For 10 years I have used rope lights on the ground to form a path for the ToTs to walk in-between. If I have an area I want to hide for effect I build a small walled area with trees or one sheet of plywood, or a sheet, all mentioned above. The rope lights really work great to keep the kids in line and also help light the way safely so they don't trip on cords, etc.
