Thread: Micheals has some nice halloween stuff

I went to Micheals craft store this past weekend with my sister and they have some awesome hallowwen decorations that you could put inside your house, they also have a few good things to use for props and also the best selection of acrylic paint for masks or special effects

Check the sightings threads. Some of us have even been posting pics of what our area Michaels are carrying. They started putting items out afew weeks back.

I know the Michaels in my area has really cut back this year from what theyve done in the past.

Michaels has some cute stuff, but it seems a bit pricey to me. I know everybody likes that spooky town stuff, but it's not for me, I would however like to see a different kind of 'haunted house/town' design. it's in my head but not available! *smile*

Not to derail the thread, but whats in your head? lol There are other companies that make different themed Halloween village pieces.

that's interesting Shadow. I don't really have it defined 'in my head' but maybe more of a dark shadows, graveyard, crypts, old mansions, cool trees, more 'serious' and not 'fun' if that makes sense... you got any links or names...? I can start a new thread for this, give me a few minutes.

I think I know what youre saying. There have been more "srious" spooky town pieces, like cathedrals and gothic ruins. Dept. 56 could be another maker that you could check out as well.
