We're already considered strange or obsessive due to our love affair with Halloween. But even we know when something is weirder then weird. Has it been something like a group of bums toting at your house? Has the police come over because your body display is too real? Did someone claim that there was a death in the house before you moved in? Did Chuck Norris tell you to put more candy in his children's bag?

    Please tell.

When I was in high school, a few friends and I were scaring the TOT's. A little girl dressed like a KKK member (supposedly a ghost) got really spooked and her (possibly drunk) father almost punched me. My mom and the man got into an argument, then my friends and I spent the rest of the night indoors playing videogames so nothing else would happen. Fun times...

On year I was at a Halloween party talking with my friend Frank, who was wearing a "Guy Fawks/V for Vendetta" Costume. Now, we talked for a good hour, played a game of beer pong, just did whatever.

Anyways later on I run into Frank and he is dressed as a vampire. I go "Frank, what happened to the V for Vendetta costume?" and he replies, "I just got here, that wasn't me."

It was a real mind-f*ck as I honestly though this Guy Fawks fellow was my buddy frank and it turns out he wasn't. I never did figure out who the dude was.

At my job, not winning anything because my Cubicle was too scary... Total Mind Fart for me... Was so pissed, then arriving home that same afternoon to learn that I won Scariest House in Ottawa on TV.

I was a notorious Halloween raider when I was still in school. One night we were throwing corn at a house which sat next to an alley. The porch light would go on, then off again. We kept throwing corn for a while, then suddenly the side door opens and a guy dressed in a white wife-beater and a sailor's cap burst out, running after us. We all took off as fast as you can imagine. He chased us for almost 2 blocks and then gave up. What a scare though, lol. The good old days...also gives me more than a little inspiration for my writing.

    Paul.

I once had some Latex FX pieces of flesh on my face fall off and a young tot screamed horribly as he thought it was real! LOL! We had plenty to talk about that night! Poor kid.. He's gonna have nightmares for life!
A Halloween prop is a terrible thing to waste..

Our first year in this house we had about 200 TOTs and as they were coming to the door I would say things like "Oh look, a fairy princess" or "a bumble bee" or whatever they were. At one point these two very large "ghosts" came up and I started to say "Oh look, some spooky ghosts" but as I looked closer, I realized these were legitimate KKK robes with the logo embroidered on them and everything. So I just said "Oh look, Two guys in really clean white robes" Handed them each a snicker bar and closed the door. It was weird for me because you just don't see that kind of thing in California.

One Halloween when I was about 14, I was standing at the end of my driveway waiting for the schoolbus. I realized I forgot something back at the house so I laid down my books and ran back. When I returned and reached to pick up my books there was a snake curled beside and over them. There was no way I was picking up my books. When the bus got there, my bus driver got off and killed the snake (I lived on a dirt road so there was no traffic) All the kids were up against the windows and freaking out. I was pretty scared until the snake was dead and then I thought it was cool.
