I get overwhelmed initially when I unpack for setup. It's at that time that I audit what will be used and what won't. If something isn't getting set up for a couple of years, it's history. Otherwise there's a danger of becoming a halloween hoarder. This stuff takes up a ton of room. Personally, I will never have enough. Realistically though, I have so much now that every single item and/or purchase has to matter or I won't bother anymore. I have enough decor to do my house to the hilt, in and out. Break that all up and I could modestly decorate THREE houses. And I'd be willing to be there are many here who could double or triple down on that statement!

Sometimes when the dust settles and the price tag is clear, but only for a second.
Its so nice to be insane, no one asks you to explain...

i do on the inside of the house. i pack away everything that's normally out and then set everything up. plus there's witches standing around and all sorts of decor on the floor. sometimes i think i've got to much but there's nothing i can part with.

To me, Halloween is always about "over the top".
