You definitely have to get it fast, they do sell out of things quickly. I think my store still had some of the Headless Horsemen as of Tues. That's why I went to the preview day this year, last year I went a few days later and they were already out of things I wanted.

We made out pretty good this year. Snagged both wedding pieces, the Elvis and a couple santa's.
The mall was wiped out in about 5 minutes flat of all the good stuff.
I liked the horseman but it was just too big for where I was planning to put them all.
