Hope it holds for ya jdubbya , I am on the south eastern side of Pa. The weather is my biggest fear for Halloween night. We had rain last year and props and fog do not do well in that. Feel bad for the tots to.

I put absolutely n0 stock in this but thought it would be fun for folks to check what it says now, and then go back every few weeks to see how it changes and finally how it stacks up to the actual weather. If mine holds true, it would be near perfect.

This is very true! The local forecasters can't even get a seven day forcast right sometimes lol! I knew I shouldn't have looked at mine it is 64 with a few showers. However it should be fun to track.

Yeah we just had some hellacious thunderstorms roll through the area around 6:30AM & they'd predicted them for this afternoon!! They were so bad Fatty Gato left his food & went under the bed.
That said, the closest I could get to my town was Washington, DC & it says:
That's MILES better than last year when it was windy, rainy & chilly the whole day. I can deal with chilly, but windy & rainy ruins it for everyone.Saturday

I don't trust the link...it doesn't predict snow in October and it always snows here before Halloween..
I'll go out on a limb and predict myself, scattered showers and cold temps

lol i am not even worried about halloween i am about 10/2 MY WEDDING.. lol
There's no earthly way of knowing Which direction we are going. There's no knowing where we're rowing
Or which way the river's flowing. Is it raining? Is it snowing? Is a hurricane a blowing?

We worry about weather from oct 1 till nov 1 when we take down our display,
last year we had lots wind rain damage, I hope we get saved this year! doubt it as it seems first 2 weeks of oct get bad weather every year.

I am always very worried about the weather - last year, it rained Thursday, Friday, and even sprinkled most of the day on Halloween. It was a real bummer. Lots of props were broken for the evening because the water got to them. The ground was also a mush-pit! I'm fine with chilly or warm weather, but rain does ruin Halloween for everyone. The year before, though, it was so bone-dry! Let's hope that happens again this year!
