Thread: No Halloween Spirit Whatsoever on November 1st?

On November 1st, I despise Halloween. I am so fustrated with the packing away, and taking down, and making sure I have got everything! There is no spirit towards the Holiday at all! November 2nd, Is when the spirit is coming back. I start to miss the decorations, and all the preperation for the big night! So, I guess I have Spirit 362 days a year! (No spirit on Christmas Eve/Day, November 1st.) I am also a big fan of christmas to I guess, so the spirit really isn't back til January.
Anyone else feel this way?

November 1 is when you hit all the stores for half price or reduce to clear! I love 1 of November!!!!! (true, it's the longest away from Halloween next year!)

I hit stores October 30th, and usually get lots of deals! Everything is usually picked over by the first!

November 1 is my second favorite day of the year! El dia de los SALES!

I loved the store sales on Nov 1st but now Im spoiled with yard sales HAHAHA. I do miss my props when I put them away so I leave a few out in my mancave to play with throughout the year.

I definitely lose the spirit by November 1st and don't get it back til after the first of the year. I spend so much of the year preparing for Halloween that I get burned out I think. Plus I love Christmas as well and I usually go straight from Halloween mode to Christmas mode on the 1st.

That's my birthday, so the Halloween Spirit usually just carries over for me.

Another vote for the sales. This past year was my first ever for clearance shopping and I'm 100% hooked

I also think November 1st one of the BEST days. I get giddy going to the stores to see what great stuff I can get at half the price. I always take a vacation day from work if it falls during the week. Then, I can't wait til August/September rolls around again when I open up my totes and find the "forgotten" items I bought on clearance. I love November 1st....
