If you read my thread about missing out on all that blue foam last week, then you'll really know what i am talking about. Yesterday I was coming home from work for lunch and there it wa again! ANOTHER huge pile/stacks of foam sheets!!!!! OMG as soon as I got home I yelled "THERE'S MORE FOAM!!!" My hubby jumped into the 4runner (wish we had a truck!) al piled 10 of the foam pieces on top and brought them home. Yes, folks. I finally got me some! Though, I have never seen foam like this (I will post a pic as soon as I take one). The sheets are 3.5' x 3.5' yellow foam in the middle with black hard hard paper type board (hard to explain) on the outsides. the pile was larger than our 4runner
Funny thing is, tho, when I came home for the night, I thought about getting some more (there were also large rectangle pieces about 7 or 8' x 3.5') and decided against cramming more square pieces into the Mirage. As soon as I got home....the wind she started a'blowing!! Our wind troubles even made a tiny blurb-worthiness on ABC News! I think the rest blew away!! I searched but could find no trace of them. Hopefully someone got them all .... but I don't think they could have gotten them all before the wind made some fly away forever...the world may never know their fate.
NOW! What can I do with them? Tombstones, of course. Any other ideas?

Great score. I bet your truck was a sight with all those boards stacked on top,

You can make an entrance gate for the ToTs into your haunt with the foam.

Foamboard is good for crypts, columns, faux walls, etc.

I made my crypt for a FCG with the pink stuff.

If at first you don't suceed.... drink another beer!

Omg! There's more today!! I really lucked out that my Dad had his trcuk over at my house so I called him up to go fill his truck for me! I was wrong about the sizes. I measured them this morning. The pieces are 4' x 4' and 4" thick! Can't wait to post the pictures later tonight!

I am so happy for you! I read your previous thread and I felt that familiar sinking feeling inside on your behalf. Glad this story has a happy ending.

    HERE'S THE PICS:

This is only 1/3 of what was available. There were 2 other trucks there loading when we finished strapping it all down. Turns out the place giving it away ....... is an insulation place and there's TONS more in the back gated area. Guess they're only putting out a certain amount each day. Gotta get more. Gotta get more!!!!! Oh, crap! Where to put it!? The garage is full and so is the shed out back, guess I'll cover them with tarps and rocks and hope they don't blow away...

OK, now you have enough for haunt walls! To me, those are the best for haunt walls because they are light, carvable and sturdy. But never practical because they are so expensive. Drooling here.....

    Great picture by the way
