If they are a Halloween freak like us... you never get to spend Halloween with them because they are at their house haunting.... its kinda sad huh

I hear you there!! I used to have more scare actors but they all want to work at the local "professional" attractions instead. Still for no pay.

Yes, my boss does a haunted house every year. While I get to check his out if he does a test weekend, he doesn't get to check out my setup.

I know what you mean. Halloween I`m at my house with the trick or treaters and the wife goes out with the boys. The night before is my anniversary so I`m busy then . Left with no time to check out the other haunts around the area.

My neighborhood used to have a bunch of ToTs but now they all want to go to the malls or other attractions. As a result, the only people we have left are the older people who don't go out after nightfall for one reason or another. I really wish that the whole public fear of ToTing would disappear.

That is one problem I don’t have... not enough TOT's, LOL! I have lots of TOT's, every year I run out of candy, I always try to have enough candy and I never have seem to stay ahead of the crowd, I guess that is better than having a bunch left over at the end of the night. I just hate turning people away. I’m kind of proud that I have made a name for myself in our neighborhood for my cemetery, people are looking forward to it each year now. I just wish they would give me a cool nickname now LOL

This year when the teens come with no costume they are singing for candy... no more freebees LOL I don't care if your 98 and want to TOT, if you in a costume... you get candy, Halloween is for kids of all ages, that is what makes it so special.

I don't have any friends who haunt! Not one!
lzrdsgal, what if you and your friend haunted together? Your house one year, their house the next?

Me either Junit. I just have a bunch of friends who tease me about making such a big deal about Halloween...come to think of it, maybe I need new friends...lol

Junit, that is a wonderful idea... in theory. I don’t know a hard core Halloween freak who would agree to switching off every other year... that is like joint custody of Halloween LOL I for one just couldnt do it... I have to have my Halloween
