Thread: got my haunt sites at the camp grouond!

well, I had 2 sites picked out that I felt were the best to haunt, and Yay- was able to reserve both!! the first one is the week end of the 7th-10th of October, and the 2nd, which is the bigger of the 2, is the 14th -the 17th, so 2 weekends in a row- set up and tear down!
I have very firm ideas of what I want the site to be, it needs to be on a corner, with the trailer on the right side if facing the lot, so the whole side is open, plus the front. to set up on, also need trees, not a forest, but trees, the one on the second night is the best of the 2, the 1st one has more trees, but with all the sites in each park, got the primo haunt sites! am so happy, just need good health and good weather, to not repeat what happened last year!! so start with the good vibes already for me

where is the camp site at? just wondering.. take lots of pictures please.

I live in Michigan, several of the state parks here do these weekend, lots of fun things for the whole faamily- crafts, pumpkin carving, hay rides at some, games, and of course, TOTing, each park has it's own things it does, almost all the sites are decorated, from just a few lights or JOL to ones like me who really go all out for the kids(well myself too, to be honest!) it is the best!

A campground in the Adirondacks, close to where I live do a halloween week in August. My aunt actually works there and has been trying to get me to come do it for a couple of years now, they do awards and everything. I'm thinking about doing it this year. I want to have my stalker costume done and premiere it there. It's a 5-star family campground that does a hayride and everything.

thanks guys!!!the one the 2nd week end- the park is almost full already, most people go a day later than us (takes me a long time to set up), so checked back today, only 38 sites left out of 293- and the rest will most likely fill up in the next two days, it;s gonna be fun!!
the first week end their is a problem on the reservation site on what the dates are. some say a week before and some the week that it is(called the park it's self and asked) so hopefully it gets straightened out, cuz not as many are signed up- of course people can even walk in to that one ,they save a few sites for walk ins, man, now I just need better weather to get working
