Looks like I might be relocating to Northern San Diego County. The few homes we’ve looked at have HOAs (Home owner associations) with home decoration restrictions. We are looking for areas with out HOA’s and/or home haunt friendly, anyone have any suggestions?

Ummm.. I think you should keep heading North and settle in Chino.. There are two halloween forum people here and we could slowly take over the city!! lol

I'm in south Orange County, so not too far from your area. I think you'd have the best luck looking in older neighborhoods out there. Let us know what you find - I may consider the same area some day (stupid HOAs!).
