regarding the eye in the window its a dvd on my laptop and we projected it onto the window in our bedroom on a sheet from inside the room. We had to play the dvd backwards so it comes out forward when you are looking from the outside in on it. The dvd is around 7 minutes long or so with different scenes. We loop the program for continuous play.

Thanks, this is what I bought so far this year. I always think how cheap some of the stuff I buy is but when I add color to it or put it in the scene with lights it really makes a difference. Looking at everyones projects you guys are so talented I wish I was that talented. My stuff is more of the bought stuff. I might attempt to make a tree this year still not sure yet. I get scared things wont turn out how I want them too.
