I finally got it, the workshop and storage for my Halloween stuff. It is 24ft * 30ft with upstairs storage that is 12*30 with a 7 ft ceiling. I now don't have to worry about transporting things from mini storage and I will have someplace to build and modify my props. The wife is happy and sad. Happy that I finally got what I have been wanting and we will be able to get rid of the mini storage and get stuff out of the crawlspace and atic but sad because she knows that she wont see me until late as i will be spendng my free time in the workshop. I can't wait to decorate up the building for Halloween and add it to the yard haunt. The pictures showa that I am running out of room already but it just needs some organization. I don't know how to add pictures to this thread so please visit my picture at the following link

Well at least if your wife kicks you out, you'll have a place to go.

Congrats.Looks like your props will have a nice creepy home.
When hubby came to me last year and said he was building me my own room I about fell over. Now looking at all my stuff I am wondering how I fit all that in 2 closet's.Maybe he decided to build it cause he knew I would soon be taking his space.Anyway it has been the best thing when he is working on cars I am in the next room working on props with door shut and music blairing.

    Yeah what they said!!!
I have two 8x10s and they are getting prety full. I would really like to have a work shop that was not thrashing, as i hard as I try, the third bedroom!

That is awesome, my garage is converted to my workshop once it is nice enough to leave the car out. That does not solve my storage issue though
