I always had to go to houses outside of my neighborhood for those. The people in my neighborhood were awfully fond of bubble gum though.

Edit: I think I'll bunch the full sized people in with the generous people. Makes the list shorter and is pretty accurate.

Probably not as common as it was when I was a kid (due to inflation), but there's also:

The Change Machine - hands out loose coins (most likely because they ran out of candy)

how about the interregator. they want to know if your from their neighborhood, or town, or age, or something.
