And you must be costumed as a Yeoman of the Guard.
This sounds like a great idea.
I cannot wait to see what you can do.

For a tunnel have you thought about somehting along the lines of a gardeners hoop house? You make ribs out of pvc and rebar to hold them into the ground, cover with plastic, staple, and secure with rope to prevent the wind from lifting it off... and it's fairly flexible in windy areas.

Thats an interesting idea. I call my set up a tunnel but its really not. However I might try that in one section. I have a small back yard and that might be a good transition from one area to another.

My father and brother stumbled upon a tourist attraction in London they still talk about today, The London Dungeon: London Dungeon *Official site* | Best price Guarantee | up to 30% off I think there could be some ideas from this place.

In the Wikipedia article they have a walk-thru explanation of the tour and I grabbed some ideas from it: London Dungeon - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

    Labyrinth of the Lost
Mirror maze with actors jumping out.

    The Great Plague
Actors shout "Bring out the dead." Then the visitors are taken to a 'treatment' room and see what they did to 'help' the patients.

    Surgery: Blood and Guts
Tooley Street's blundering 18th century butcher-surgeon. You can guess what's that's about. heh.

    Judgement
The visitors are led into a 18th Century Courtroom and are "Sentenced."

    Traitor: Boat Ride to Hell
Visitors are taken to an execution dock. The show is a boat ride, themed to replicate the last journey through Traitor's Gate into the Tower of London.

    Great Fire of London
There are various curtains being blown by fans and lit in a red light to look like fire in the windows. Plus a revolving tunnel lit by various red and yellow lights to disorientate visitors into thinking they're in the fire.

    Bloody Mary: Killer Queen
The visitor experiences what it's like to be slowly burnt alive.
