Just wanted to show some of the things I have found from a great company called BudK
Collectible Swords, Collectible Knives, Medieval Swords, Fantasy Swords, Knives and More - BUDK.com
The spider necklaces have little hidden knives in the tails and the reaper has one in each of the top wing areas. These are heavy metal and run $6-$7 dollars each. The cane is part of hubby's collection and runs around $10...it is called alien skull but sort of looks like something from Hellraiser IMO.
We sometimes share an order with another member here who likes to collect knives/swords and split shipping costs which aren't too bad and they are really fast delivering. I ordered the reaper necklace monday evening and got my order saturday morning!
There are lots of cool items to go with costumes and at really great prices...I love the bat ring they have but since it has knives for wings I was afraid I'd go to scratch my nose and remove an eye...LOL!

My mom gets the catalog and has some really nice display swords and blades from them. I've been wondering: how secure are the sheaths on the little necklace knives? I also though the spider pendants with the blade hidden in the abdomen was neat, though I probably won't be buying any, but that was something that I've been quite curious about.

I'm not worried about the reaper necklace because the knives go down into the wings so there is no way they would fall out. The spiders seem to have something inside that sort of hugs the blades..it feels like foam or rubber. They do feel secure but I suppose could be lost if it caught on something. The red spider would lose his whole abdomen but the all silver spider would only lose that little tail hanging down.
