I've done a Nightmare Before Christmas thing for Christmas the last couple years. And, I've had nothing but trouble with storing the thing, and Jack breaking every year.
2009 will be the final year, and we're building entirely new from scratch for reasons that will be made more clear later.
And, a whole new thought process on building the body. EMT conduit freeing me of PVC angles.
We should have it finished up by week's end.

UnOrthodOx, I hear ya on the storing of Santa Jack. When I was pullin mine outta the basement the back on mine broke, I thought, I forgot to use pvc cement on one joint, I had to cut his suit a little, then I used self tapping screws to fix the joint, ahh, what a relief.
If it Bleeds, IT MUST BE CUT!
