    Greetings,

I saw a posting that a Warner Brothers prop warehouse was closing down here in Los Angeles and they were liquidating all their props instead of moving them.

Being in search of anything usable for Halloween, I found these (3) three heavy foam dogs, that were used in "I Am Legend" for computer graphics reference, hence the orange and green tape markings. At first I passed by them and then thought, "Hey, I could re-do these as hounds or hell or devil dogs" ... I asked how much they wanted for them - expecting it to be a lot, and they said $10 each!!!! I figured I could convert them to look like doberman's from "Resident Evil" or something cool for very cheap, especially starting at only $10 bucks. So I grabbed them.

The have TONS of furniture and rows and rows of other misc stuff ... all of which I would have loved to get, but A.) Didn't have money to burn B.) I didn't have room in my car.

Some of the other items that were there that were Halloween related were: A full sized guillotine, about 6 coffins, massive full sized tomb stones, medical equipment / dentist chairs, a full mosoleum with colums and posts, etc. And hundreds of other non-halloween things that could be MADE to be Halloween-ish.

    Going back tomorrow.

Coffins were $100 - $200 each. Some of them are perfect condition inside and out. I would be willing to pick some props up for some people if they paypaled me the money in advance or guaranteed payment for them some other way. Unfortunately so many of these things are too big to be shipped.

Believe me if I had a place to store the coffins I would buy several of them.

I'm just glad I don't live that close to you. :-) We would be out of a house because we would spend all of our money.

    OMG What an amazing find.

hirez00 if I promise not to get your coffins or guillotine could you repost the link for the Warner Bros info.. or the address and contact info on how to get props?

My husband works in Burbank.. for a lighting company that provides equipment for the lots.. down the street from Warner Bros

he usually gets notified of the auctions (and I will post them if they are open to the public) but he didn't hear about the liquidation.

And we would love to get some bigger props... everything we own is super small scale.
