Default Oquirrh Meadows Yard Haunt 2009 (pics and video)

Hey guys and gals. I finally got around to editing my videos for Halloween, and thought I would share them. I took both day and night time pics and video. Sorry about the dark night time video. The camera that was used didnt film well in low light. At the end of the video my friend turned on a video effect to let more light in, but the video is kinda jerky. All in all we had a fun night. The weather turned out to be great. Clear skies, not very cold, and not much wind. I think we had about 40 or so TOT's. Mainly little ones, so I didnt get to scare many people. Although we did scare a couple of adult males. So many of the adults asked if I was wearing stilts or tall shoes. Im 6'5" and was wearing a full length hooded cloak and everyone said I looked a foot taller than normal standing in the doorway. But its hard to tell from the pics. We had a get together/party. Lots of friends and family stopped by. I had to stick to my post most of the night to hand out candy. But I did get a chance to mingle a little. I think we got the most compliments on the singing pumpkins. Many people liked the Hallowindow also. I had my animated groundbreaker zombie wired up to a wireless reciever, so my friend could turn him on at will with a little remote. Everybody thought he was fun and creepy. This was my first year decorating at this house, and I had to make pretty much everything for this year. So I didnt have too many decorations. I think the best compliment I got all night was. "Wow, this must have cost a fortune!" I laughed and said, actually it didnt cost too much at all. As I made most of my decorations myself. Everyone was shocked when I told them that I made all the tombstones, and zombies myself, and its all thanks to this great Forum. We all had a lot of fun, and cant wait to do it again next year.
