I hate to even post pictures after seeing some of the amazing haunts this year! This was my first "haunt" and I considered it a huge success. My sister and I dressed as Peter Pan and Captain Hook and put on quite the show for the little TOT'rs, parents were even stopping to have kids pose in front of the ship with us and everything haha. Sadly our "Lost Boys" tree equipped with lights, a motion sensor that triggered the boys fighting (a speaker mounted in the tree) and a moving raccoons tail was lost due to a downpour early in morning, so there are no pictures of it. It was quite a loss and was very very cute. Some of the props ended up very wet, our Indians lost all of their feathers, I had to make a new sail 10 minutes before Treat or Treat and I also lost some of the LED string lights I had for the water, but overall we had soooo much fun. We almost decided to tear down the Indians but in the dark they were very cool with the faux fire and background music. Next year we are planning a Fantasmic! Show. I am already working on a Maleficent Dragon ^_^ We can't wait. I also want to thank everyone on the forum, it wasn't as fabulous as I wanted but I wouldn't have been able to do any of it without all the posts on here. Thanks guys!

It doesn't matter how much you decorate or what you decorate... it's that you do it with spirit. I love it. That's a lot of work and I'm very impressed.

Haha thank you very very much. It was a little challenging due to a lack of outlets there only 2, so needless to say there were surge protectors and extension cords everywhere. Along with battery powered everything! I agree about the spirit, the look on the kids faces was priceless. Totally worth working to put it up in a thunderstorm and 28 degree temperatures the day of. I'm hoping to make it bigger and much better next year, in fact the parents were asking all day the day after if we were coming back again next year and if we weren't where were we going. Put a smile on my face. Thanks again.

Red Hallows is absolutely correct, it is ALL about the spirit, and you have it in spades!!
I totally loved the Captain Hook/Peter Pan thing, that is great that you guys put on a show for the TOTers. Great job!!

Gotta love anyone who keeps the spirit alive for the TOT's!! you did an awesome job and I bet the TOT's had a great time. Great pics!!
Linus: You've heard about fury and a woman scorned?
Charlie Brown: Yes, I guess I have.
Linus: Well that is nothing compared to the fury of a woman who has been cheated out of tricks or treats!

Thank you very much! As sad as it is, my sister and I "rehearsed" several days before to the Peter Pan scene from Fantasmic and had it loop outside. It was too much fun!! Thanks for the comments! ^_^
Yes they did, one lady actually asked when our next show was at one point during the night. I actually was starting to get stage fright around 8pm when it got dark and all the little TOT's were siting all over the place waiting. I need to find that picture, totally priceless. I can't wait until next year, I just can't decide who I want to be...hmmm...Thanks again!

Considering that you were set up in a campground with limited resources, I think you did a fantastic job. Consider this a rehearsal for next year.
