Thread: Overlooking the nighbors....

We had some kids skip our house because it was too scary. We had a remote control tarantula roaming the driveway and some kids would just scream and hold onto their parents.

Our next door neighbors had to pay two mortgages as they lost their renters in their other house, and they had no money. Our lawns are connected and we have way too many props so we just continued to decorate right into their yard. In fact, we spent more time in their yard than our own. We even "boarded up" their front window with our foam boards.

I made sure to direct the TOTs to my neighbor across the street she is an elderly lady that loves watching what we do each year. So does not decorate but does stay up to hand out candy. I just tell all of my TOT's to visit her also.

My neigbors love me and don't seem to have any issues with our Halloween display.

I know this year they turned off their porch light before we did, but only by about half an hour.
