Yeah it payed off too......Target today is 90% off. So I went to 2 stores and got $50 worth of stuff I don't need for $5....ha! I got the last orange solar LEDs and the couch and 3 chair scene setters that I always wanted. My Gar shack now has purple, orange and clear solar LEDs on it looks real nice at night maybe not very x-mass looking but the shack is permanently sitting in the garden year around. Gosh you got to love those 90% off sales......these are the days we live for. Good hunting to you all and please report back here with your scores !

Default Target 90% off finds in our area too!

Hallow and looks like that 90% off bug hit me too! Wow!! I snagged so many great things for next year - spent $27.00 and realized that If it hadn't been 90% off - it would have added anther zero to that total! Yikes! 10 cents on thedollar is pretty sweet! I stocked up on party napkins, invitations, a nice table runner and a bunch of party plates (can never have enough of those!) and greeting cards too. A serving dish and several cute stuffed toys that will be perfect to hand out for the Under Age 5 punkins that ToT's at our house next year. I don't feel right about handing candy bars to the Stroller Brigade, ya know? I mean - they barely have their first set of teeth! I saw two of the chair covers and really wanted them - but they were out of the package and ruined by grabby customers no doubt.

We also called the Grandin Road outlet at Frontgate in West Chester and they are doing 75% off. Their stuff is very expensive to begin with so I am not sure how great the bargains would be. It would have to be something really special to make me open the cookie jar for the Grandin Road props.

Weather was nice today so we got the garage cleaned out and more stuff stored away in the shed. Now the shed is totally full - thanks to the hearse and the horse! LOL
I think by next year, we will need to install a pull-down staircase for the garage attic! Now we are both pooped. Dinner was a glass of wine and a bowl of cereal. Shopping the 90% off sale takes it out of you as much as the clean up! lol! Might visit Grandin Road tomorrow - since all the Halloween stores have officially closed and are packing up inventory.

Kroger, Walgreens, Meijers and Biggs will keep running down the small things till they are nearly out. And I think our Hallmark store might have a few markdowns too. Depends this year on the value of the inventory. All in all - for next year, I hope to put efforts into building our own props and improving our little spooky path. We caught "Bozz's Bug" for making a trail so fun!
BOO!

You go Boo ! You know your nicely wooded backyard does have a lot trail potential as a zizaging maze, add lots of fog some cool lighting and I'm assuming you big inflatable castle would be your entrance to it.We started small with just the trail starting in the sideyard then turning into the garage service door back out front and people thought that was so cool. With all your nice props your trail would rock big time. Oh btw forgot to tell ya your mirror in the bathroom got Carol good at the party.....lol. She startles real easy.....ha.....too funny. Gosh I would love to check out Grandin Road, do they have the cool full size props there ? PS,....HSB you should see my little green hut at night now with the newly added solar LEDs from Target. Gonna add one more set today just wish I could find more purple color ones. But she twinkles in orange, clear, and purple on the roof. I'll take some pics when I done and post them. The hunt must go on today !!!!!!!

Hallow and Hey BOZZ!! Don't know how I missed this posting of yours but it was fun to finally read it tonight! I am trying to clear out my e-mails and wow! I seem to have an abundance of notices from a certain Halloween Forum?! Gee -- I wonder what those are all about!! LOL!

Thanks for your encouragement on our little wooded path. I will take your ideas and run ... well - stroll slowly perhaps! If anyone started to run in our little back woods - they would hit the fence real quick!

Tell Carol She's not alone! That mirror got ME good at home one night. I though it was unplugged but Rich must have left it on - on purpose no doubt. . .

Grandid Road is not such a bargain right now. We stopped in to find the "50% off" was kind of a joke. Everything is so darn pricey anyway. Long before the store got this year's new inventory - they had a much better sale. Trying to get rid of last years old inventory. The manager said they are the central shipping store where all leftover stuff gets shipped for a final liquidation. That's where I got a few nice things - way back in Sept. They will do that same sale approach next year - so I would wait. $50% off a $600. figure is not much of a bargain. . .

Nice to hear you're keeping the hut fires burnin'! BOO!

Cool Boo, yeah my garage is a mess with decor as well one day I'll get it all put away. well after 3 stops to Big Lots I have decided that there is only one or two items I might get but not until they hit 90 % off. Just not real excited about their inventory this year.....too much small stuff for my likings. They are at 75% off right now and will drop by Monday I think.K-mart and Krogers just as boring.

Hallow streakn and nice to know SOMEONE in your household shows restraint! LOL

I think I'm gonna wait until after Thanksgiving to get a bunch of paper goods for our big party next yer. I like the Autumn theme on paper plates and napkins - more than the ghosts and skellies. Thanksgiving stuff will be on sale fast so I should be able to get some nice stock for our big Boo Bash! Fall designs on paper cups is about as close to "Martha" as I get this time of year! Maybe wifey will let you stock up by then?!
BOO!
