What did everyone pick up today? I went to Canadian Tire and they were cleaned out (small crappy items left), went to Walmart and they had ONE fogger left at half price of the original cost, picked that up (fogger with sound, biggest one they carry) for about 30 dollars, good deal..can't wait to use it..
I purchased some hanging props as well for next to nothing, will post pictures later..
What did everyone else get..

We were out at 8 am...
13 pumpkins, 4 gallons of fog and a fogger at Walmart
Blacklight at Target
4 Tombstones and 4 Haunted paintings at Walgreens (all for $10.00!)
Nothing big... but all things I needed.

How much does the fog juice usually go for? I just got a machine but didn't buy any fog juice..should I buy it? I figured I'd wait until next year..but who knows how much fog juice will be then..

At Walmart they're marked $10 for a half gallon.
Target has quarts for $4.99.
The way we go through it... half price works for us.

I stood outside Spirit this morning at 8:00 waiting for them to open at 9, and got a good haul in. I was hoping for a ground fogger, but they had none left. I ended up getting
- Grinning Gertrude Witch
- Two Crows
- Two 50 inch Spiders
- Spider Webs
- Severed Arm and Leg
- Holographic moving picture
- Black Roses
- LED Black Candles
- and a costume and some accesories for next year costume plans.
I then went to Target, but they didn't have much left. I ended up just getting two fogging skulls.
Overall a pretty good start to next year Halloween.

I did really well. Spent 180 bucks and that was at 50% off! Got all kinds of goodies- props, fogger, fence, scene setters, and a bunch of other stuff. All this I got at halloween city right by me. Then, I went a bit further to Spirit. This spirit store would be the envy of everyone here. No kidding- it was an old Circuit City store. Humoungus! I never got there pre-season. It must have been amazing. By the time I got there today, it was ripped apart like the final day of a going out of business sale. Scraps, really. They had some props but I wouldn't buy them even at 50% off. The boxes looked opened and ratty. But the sheer size of this store blew me away. They had amazing displays setup that when they were in full swing must have been amazing. And right down the block was a Halloween Scene super store- another huge outlet in an old grocery super store. They were packing up though, not open. Between these two huge stores alone I would have gone broke, I'm quite sure. It's a good thing I missed them. I got what I needed at my local store and did just fine. But I'll have my eyes open next year!

Unfortunately nobody in my area was really selling props in the first place, and the few that did sold out long ago. So, I just got some candy and a few odds and ends; candles, goblets, napkins, things like that.
