Ok Ok I know a lot of you guys are not fond of Wal-Mart. With that being said I called up my Wal-Mart (In Cornwall Ontario) to ask when their items will go 50% off. He told me that at 2am (technically 3am with the hour change) there are going on sale.

Guess where I'm going? Plus I'll keep my costume on lol!!

That's interesting. I was at our Walmart on the 30th and they still had a couple of larger props, a lot in the way of costumes, but not a whole lot of much else. A couple of witch props and I think the hunchback guy, maybe 4 props in boxes total. I have so many props right now that I think I'm actually going to stay home this year and skip the sales. Definitely have a lot to organize and store this year.

BTW I also stopped by 2 Targets on the 30th and man they were pulling stuff from the shelves and filling up their grocery carts to cart off to who knows where. Not much left in either of the two Targets I went to. I picked up a set of shackles, some kid halloween items (like Mattel Kelly halloween dolls, Mr. Potato Head halloween set) on sale for 30% off and really didn't see anything else I wanted so doubt I'll head back to Target after halloween either.

Walmart didn't have much to offer before Halloween, so I doubt that I'll even go in there. Target had started taking their stuff down on the 30th. Big Lots has a 50% sale going on. I did pick up some battery powered LEDs that were $40 for a cool $12.50!!!!!

I think it depends on which Walmart you go to. I have three within 15 minutes of my house and each one had a different amount of stuff.

I agree. Even our Super Walmart had a pathetic selection this year.

All three of the Wal-Marts in this area just had costumes and candy. And since one was a Super, one was a Market, and one was normal, I can't discriminate. They all were disappointing.
