    Default OMG. What a GREAT Halloween – 10-31-2009,06:39 PM


    Hey, everybody...it's about 7:40 PM here. Some of you may remember me saying the most kids we ever get here are about 5, yes, really.

    Well, this year, I don't know what it was, but we got about 40 TOTers. My in-laws came over and handed out candy while DH and I TOTd with the kids and when we came back my in-laws had to raid the popcorn balls and extra H'ween pencils and whistles because the bags were all gone!! I am SO HAPPY. I hope this happens again next year. We did give out a lot of stuff in each bag so maybe word got around?

    Anyway, the kids had a BLAST (they are ages 3 and 6) and we gave a shout out to all our neighbors (which is part of the fun) and people loved our setup, so...what a GREAT, GREAT day...I am thrilled!

    It was so much like the H'weens when I was little with a ton of kids all over the street and all the parents saying "hi"!
