I was told today that my local news station was coming to my house to tape the weather for the news. I works 4 hours straight to get my yard ready and then they didn't show up. I'm so sad and dissapointed. More due to the amount of work I did, then I had to turn around and take it all in.

It is unfortunate that your local news station would stand you up especially after you worked so hard.

However, you work doesn't have to be wasted.

Take a picture of your yard and send it to them. They may be able to show it during the broadcast.

Why you are at it..... send pictures to all of your local newspapers and post some pictures on this thread.

And enter a couple of halloween yard contests.

And remember..... although the news did not come.. I am sure you family, friends, and the people walking and driving by your house appreciated all the hard work.

Did you call them and ask them why they didn't show up??
That's really underhanded or them........
