    2 Days Before Halloween: Mother Nature - 1, Decorating - 0, Weatherman - 'big fat 0'

    1 Day Before Halloween: Mother Nature - 1, Decorating - 1, Weatherman - 'big fat 0'

Seriously, can these darn Weathermen get a forecast correct?

2 Days Before Halloween, they predicted a mild day, one of the best of the week except it was miserable. Rained all day and just plain nasty.

1 Day Before Halloween, they predicted a mild day, temps in the 60's, partly cloudy, and rain after dinner. It rained all morning, cleared up some in the afternoon, and we have winds of 25-35 mph since dinner. No rain since morning.

Halloween Forecast: Rain in the morning, winds of 30 mph with gusts to 40 mph, temps in the upper 30's. Lets see if they get this right. I would be happy if the rain disappeared by mid-afternoon and the winds subside.

Hope the weather holds out for everyone else!

The wind is killing me here. Had to take down my castle facade until tomorrow (hopefully). Also had to brace up my wal panels on our patio which also blew down. It's set me back by a few hours so tomorrow will be a scramble. It' been a problem all season long.

What the ****. Guest of 40 mph plus have knocked down 60% of the yard display. Trick or Treaters will be here in 5 hours. I forfeit to the Weather Gods. I am done dealing with the BS each freakin' year. The winds on Halloween are the worst we have had for the past 3 weeks.

Needless to say, I am pissed off.....

The Weatherman actually got their projections correct. The high winds (which are killing the display) and the rain. Congrats Weatherman!
