Thread: Missed this year! But can't wait till next year!!!

Unfortunately I missed this year to decorate. But I have to say im really excited to get started on making props for next year! Its been about 6-7 years since Ive done any house decorating since I moved. I used to be an avid house decorator not just for Halloween but Christmas as well. I don't mean to boast (too much teehee) but our house was pretty darn good. Sadly in this new house, we have a really bad front yard for decorating considering we have a huge tree and a very awkward hill. But I think I can make it work. Im going to get started on props to be up and ready for next year!

You still have three days left until Halloween... how have you missed this year?

You still have time to decorate, get/make a costume, and/or get candy so don't give up on celebrating Halloween.

Due to the weather a lot of people are not even setting up until Friday or Saturday and there are a lot of threads about last minute decorations, free decorations, quick decorations, free costumes, and last minute costumes.

And lucky you... a lot of stores are having sales right now on Halloween decorations, costumes, and candy.

Well I really don't have anything to setup with. Im not sure if I even have any of my old stuff. Also sadly I don't really have any money to spare atm. All the money I have to spare on is candy for the tots ><

Ohh we got pumpkins tho! Not much but I guess thats something heh! Still need to carve them. Try to do that Friday im guessing with the fam.

Carved Pumpkins count as halloween decorations.

So see you didn't miss decorating for halloween this year. You are just going to decorate more elaborately next year.

Also take a picture of your front yard and post it. The people on this site are geniuses and can give you advice on how to handle the challenges of the tree and hill in your front yard.
