So I am decorating my whole house for a party on Friday. I wasn't going to decorate the laundry room, but you have to walk through it to get to the backyard where part of the party is being held. Any ideas on how to decorate the laundry room?

Bloody Laundry and towels everywhere
Bloody weapons in the laundry sink
Sticky notes around the laundry room reminding you to Buy More Black Trash Bags, Find a Dump Site, Dispose of the Bodies, Find Next Victim

LoL that is awesome! You could also put a shovel with dirt caked on it by the door.

Create labels for your laundry soaps: Lye, Blood Remover, Deflesher, Odor Remover

Don't forget bleach and a bloody scrub brush.

And create a handy reference for removing Blood, Fat, Flesh, Bones Marrow, and Organs from clothing.

If those ideas are too graphic you can:

1) Recreate the scene from Cinderella where the mice do all the chores.
Place rats/mice (bats, snakes, and insects) in the laundry basket, near the laundty soap, near the controls for the washing machine, on a to do list outlining all of the chores they have to do.

2) Pose a skeleton, witch, mummy, or other monster as if they were doing their laundry.
The Mummy could be washing extra wrappings, the witch could be washing her hat and cape, the skeleton could be washing tattered rags or extra bones, etc.

3) ohhhh ... ohhhh or make your laundry room look like it hasn't been used in years.
Cover the washing machine and dryer in cobwebs and dust (flour)
make your soap bottles look old and dusty or place empty, dusty soap bottles around.

4) Or make your washing machine and dryer look like they are alive. Give them eyes, and paper tentacles, or horns, or fangs, or frakenstein stitches and bolts. Place a sign near the washing machine and dryer stating They're Alive and play the Song Weird Science.

5) Or create a mini mad scientist lab or potion's lab. Make the lab fluids or potions laundry themed.
