Just FYI for everyone. Safeway's (here in Maryland at least) carry Dry Ice. I just bought some today for $1.09 a lb. Compared to the two ice stores I called wanting $1.75 a lb.

I remember Safeway when I lived in D.C., Now I'm in Madison, Al., and got to start looking for dry ice this week.

The Kroger near me (here in Richmond, VA) sells their dry ice by the exit for $0.99 a lb. I would try your Kroger - if there is one near you.

Thank you Zeltino, yes there's a Kroger 5 min. from my house. I am feeling overwhelmed this week getting everything together for our 1st adult party. I will check there t'mrow, I swear I have a list everyday! It'll be worth it, I'm excited and can't wait for Halloween night!
