    Angry Shellfish people – 10-25-2009,09:09 PM


    Few years back in Halloween i would put afew decorations and not many a pumpkin web and little bit more and thats it.Now i put ALOT of stuff and scare people because i am older, anyway afew years ago i always went trick or treating and went to one house that was'nt decorated i rung the bell and they opened the door.I said Trick or treat and they said THEY HAD NO CANDY!!!It was 6:48 its not like they ran out,But i saw there kids putting on costumes to go trick or treating,How shellfish!I felt like egging there house.When they came to my house i said the same we have no candyAny one ever have this problem?

    Weird. They must have bought one bag and ran out really early.

    I have to say your thread title made me laugh... I expected a bunch of lobsters when I clicked into it. SHELLFISH people...

    I thought the same i was expecting a themed decor skellys catching crabs and lobsters halloween for the sea shore,. On a serious note prehapes they bought a little bit to run out so they could take there children totering I know sometimes not every one has both parents home to give treat and take the kids out

    People want but don't want to give. Some people don't give because they are gonna be out. But I had a few people in our area that have never given out candy. Then last year a older woman from across the street came over and gave me some candy to hand out and mentioned that they were going to be out that night. The funny thing is they have never given out candy. I'm 39 years old and when I was a kid I never TOTed at their house. LOL That was surprising but welcomed.

    I always felt bad going trick or treating with my daughter and not being able to hand out candy. I got a tv tray, put it out at the edge of our sidewalk with a bowl of candy. I feel like if you are out there getting it you should do something to give some back. Thankfully no one ever took the bowl only the candy...lol
